On September 5, 2024, we at Auxilium Baroda celebrated Teachers’ Day with the theme “You Nurture Lives and Shape Our Future.” The event was a heartfelt celebration of our teachers, who were honoured by students through various performances and classroom decorations. The program commenced with a captivating Bharatanatyam dance performance, setting the tone for the day.

This was followed by a vibrant dance performance by the secondary section students, which brought energy and excitement to the event. A Class 12 student then delivered a touching speech, expressing gratitude towards the teachers. Following the dance, three skits depicting the lives of students and teachers were performed, highlighting the unique bond they share. The school captains then took to the stage with a beautiful and coordinated dance that left the audience in applause.

Towards the end of the program, our teacher Mrs. Mary Sunil, expressed her appreciation to the students for their hard work and creativity in organizing such a memorable event.

Sr. Priscilla Travasso, the Superior, thanked the teachers for their dedication, quoting Joyce Meyer: “Teachers can change lives with just the right mix of chalk and challenges.” She urged the teachers to keep inspiring students to explore, think critically, and discover their passions. The celebration concluded with a joyful brunch.
