The sessions were held on the Youth Pastoral Project for grades 1 to 12. Principal Sr. Philomena Lobo introduced the key themes: Strenna – Fostering Dreams for Others, Camelids – Promoting Sustainable Development, and the Global Compact on Education.
The seminar conducted by various teachers from different sessions began with a prayer service, followed by discussions on the Global Compact on Education’s aim to promote peace and unity through education, emphasizing fraternity, hospitality, and environmental care. Teachers highlighted the importance of dreaming for a better future, as inspired by Strenna 2024, and the role of discipline and conviction in achieving these dreams.
The significance of camelids in sustainable development was also discussed, focusing on their impact on ecosystems and livelihoods. The seminar emphasized global awareness, the power of dreams, and education’s role in shaping the future.
